We ship with USPS and UPS for Domestic Orders. As of May 2021, we now offer international shipping as well. For international orders you will see your options presented at checkout. We ship with USPS and DHL Internationally. If you would prefer to purchase international shipping via UPS, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll happily accommodate you.
We offer Standard Shipping for free on all Domestic U.S. orders over $125. $7 for orders under $125.
This service is fully trackable via UPS or USPS. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery.
Please note for orders to Canada, USPS First Class International can take between 7-21 business days to arrive. Shipping upgrades are available at checkout.
Once your parcel has been shipped you will be sent an email confirmation with tracking information. No signature will be required on delivery. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed within 36 hours of the following business day.
For returns, please note that there will be a $7 return fee to cover the cost of shipping. If you decide to return your order, you can follow the Return process and we will send you a prepaid shipping label. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
International Shipping options:
1. DHL Express Worldwide. Price calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery time is 1 to 6 business days.
2. USPS Priority Express. Price calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days.
3. USPS Priority International. Price calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery time is 6 to 10 business days.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Zonarch is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Orders are fulfilled within 3 business days of order placement. From the date of fulfillment, standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days to arrive within the US.
Expedited shipping options are only available at checkout and are only available on business days (Monday - Friday). For same-day fulfillment, you must place your order before 12pm PST.
Overnight Shipping (UPS) takes 1 business day from the fulfillment date.
For all lost packages, please email email@example.com with your order information. All lost packages are taken on a case by case basis. You will be notified once a case has been started and get updated every step of the way.
If for any reason your purchase did not meet and exceed expectations, you can return your items hassle-free for 30 days after delivery. Please visit the Start A Return tab at the bottom of our website to get started.
We will happily accept any eligible unworn, unused products within 30 days from the delivery date. They must have the hang tag and compostable liners to be eligible for a return.
Final sale items are not eligible for returns. Final sale items are noted on the website. Shipping fees are not refundable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method on the order. All returned and exchanged suits must be in unworn condition with all tags and compostable liners intact.
For eligible orders, we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days from the delivery date.
If items are returned, there will be a USD $10 shipping + restocking fee. If you'd like to purchase a different style or color, please return your original order and place a new order directly from our website. To begin your return, please visit the "Start A Return" tab at the bottom of our website to generate your prepaid return label. Prepaid return labels for US orders are provided by USPS. Refunds are issued after returns are sent back to us.

However, international customers are responsible for covering the shipping back to our facility. Once received, we will process your return and refund.
Due to COVID-19 safety and cleaning guidelines in place, we may experience delays in processing returns. Once your original items are received, processing time for credits or returns may take up to 21 days. You will receive an email confirmation once your return and refund have been fully processed.
We do not offer exchanges on any orders. Please return your items and place a new separate order. Simply head to the "Start a Return" at the bottom of our website and follow the process.
Once your return arrives at our facility, we will process it within 5 business days. You will receive an email notification as well.
