The Black Friday Weekend Special (“Offer”) is available to all eligible customers based on the following terms and conditions: All orders must be placed, and all purchases must be completed, within the Black Friday Period. Offer only applies to completed customer orders and purchases. Items in cart are not confirmed until checkout is completed. Offer valid while supplies last. Zonarch LLC. reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or alter the terms of the Offer without notice. No price adjustments will be given for items purchased prior to or after the Black Friday Period. Offer does not apply to product subscriptions, the sale of which is suspended during the Black Friday Period. Already marked-down items are not eligible for additional savings and discounts, including employee discounts, may not be combined with Offer.

We will happily accept and refund any eligible unworn, unused products within 30 days from the delivery date. They must have the hang tag and compostable liners to be eligible for a return.

Final sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds. Final sale items are noted on the website with a disclaimer prior to purchase. Shipping fees are not refundable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method on the order. All returned suits must be in unworn condition with all tags and compostable liners intact.

Orders outside the EU:
International orders can be returned and will be refunded once the original, unworn items have been received and inspected. We do not offer complimentary return shipping for international orders at this time.
