Domestic U.S. Orders

We will happily accept and refund any eligible unworn, unused products within 30 days from the delivery date. They must have the hangtag and compostable liners to be eligible for a return or exchange.

Final sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds. Final sale items are noted on the website with a disclaimer prior to purchase. Shipping fees are not refundable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method on the order. All returned and exchanged suits must be in unworn condition with all tags and compostable liners intact.

US orders For eligible orders, we offer hassle-free returns and size exchanges within 30 days from the delivery date. If you'd like to exchange for a different style or color, please return your original order and order the new suits directly from our website. To begin your return, please visit the "Start A Return" tab at the bottom of our website to generate your prepaid return label. Prepaid return labels for US orders are provided by USPS. Refunds, credits, and exchanges are issued after returns are sent back to us.

 

International Orders

International orders can be returned and will be refunded once the original, unworn items have been received and inspected. We do not offer complimentary return shipping for international orders at this time.
