Zonarch Refund and Return Policy

Domestic U.S. Orders

We will happily accept and refund any eligible unworn, unused products within 30 days from the delivery date. They must have the hangtag and compostable liners to be eligible for a return or exchange.

US orders For eligible orders, we offer hassle-free returns and size exchanges within 30 days from the delivery date. If you'd like to exchange for a different style or color, please return your original order and order the new suits directly from our website. To begin your return, please visit the "Start A Return" tab at the bottom of our website to generate your prepaid return label. Prepaid return labels for US orders are provided by USPS. Refunds, credits, and exchanges are issued after returns are sent back to us.

Domestic Orders

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer hassle-free returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

 

International Orders

International orders can be returned and will be refunded once the original, unworn items have been received and inspected. We do not offer complimentary return shipping for international orders at this time. 

If you would like to return or exchange an order from outside the U.S. please contact us at hello@zonarch.com to get the process started. 

 

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

    • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
    • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging
    • Returned items must be in original condition and have no visible signs of wear, use or staining
    • Final sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds. Final sale items are noted on the website with a disclaimer prior to purchase. Shipping fees are not refundable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method on the order. All returned and exchanged suits must be in unworn condition with all tags and compostable liners intact.

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Login to https://zonarch.loopreturns.com/#/ using your email address and order ID or zipcode.
  2. Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order.
  3. Print the prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email.
  4. Send all items back to us using the label provided.

 

Additional Information:

  • We process returns within 4-7 business days of receipt. Refunds typically take 3 to 7 business days to post the credit to your account
  • If items are returned, there will be a $10 restocking fee
  • If we receive damaged or final sale items, the return will not be valid and customer is responsible for paying the original price as well as keeping the item.
