  1. Promotion Description: Zonarch x Hotel Joaquin X @livelikeitsthewknd Summer Getaway Sweepstakes begins August 3, 2023, and ends August 6, 2023
  2. The Sponsor of this Sweepstakes is: Zonarch
  3. Eligibility: Open to USA legal residents who are 18 years or older
  4. Grand Prize: One (1) winner will receive a $500 gift card to Zonarch.com and a two-night stay at Hotel Joaquin
  5. How to Enter: Each participant shall enter the competition via Instagram by liking @Zonarch, @HotelJoaquin and @livelikeitsthewknd collaborative post on August 3, 2023 (to be referred to as “specified Collab post”) and tagging another Instagram user in the comments of the specified Collab post. Additional entries can be made if the participant tags additional users in the comments of the specified Collab (one (1) additional tag = one (1) additional entry).
  6. Winner Selection: The Winner of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received throughout the Promotion Period. The selection will occur within 48 hours of end of contest.
  7. Winner Notification: Winner will be notified by Instagram Direct Message within 48 hours of random drawing.
  8. Winner will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release before receiving their prize.
  9. Privacy: Any personal information supplied by you will be subject to the privacy policy of The Sponsor posted at https://zonarch.com/pages/privacy-policy.
  10. Limitation Of Liability: Sponsor assumes no responsibility or liability for any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; or any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of this Sweepstakes; or any injury or damage to participant's or to any other person’s computer or mobile device which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Sweepstakes or download of any materials in the Sweepstakes.
