Shipping policy

It's important to start by clarifying to customers that your order processing times are separate from the shipping times they see at checkout.

Orders are fulfilled within 3 business days of order placement. From the date of fulfillment, standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email to arrive within the US. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Expedited shipping options are only available at checkout and are only available on business days (Monday - Friday). For same-day fulfillment, you must place your order before 12pm PST.
Overnight Shipping (UPS) takes 1 business day from the fulfillment date.

 

Include any other pertinent information towards the beginning, such as potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of your control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

For simple flat rate shipping within the U.S.: We offer free shipping on U.S. orders $150+. For U.S. orders < $150, we offer $7 flat rate shipping.

Local delivery

We do not offer local delivery or pickup.

International Shipping

If you’re using calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Below are our international shipping options. Delivery timelines for international shipping can vary greatly depending on the destination.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Zonarc is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within the expected time frame of based on your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@zonarc.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

If you have selected a UPS shipping service for your order, please be aware that P.O. Boxes are not accepted by this carrier. USPS can deliver to P.O. Boxes which will be the best option for you if there is no alternative (non P.O box) shipping address.
